About this job

Our client, an International Bank, is looking for high caliber candidate for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily risk management in the office
  • Monitor compliance / risk management policies and limits by business unit
  • Work with business units and departments in providing solution on risk related issues
  • Risk management design (including risk policies, limits, procedures) for launching new business and new product
  • Handling of regular Risk Reports for management
  • Perform routine checking on control monitoring tasks assigned
  • Review operations of the Branch and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Review, recommend and comments on operating procedures and services so as to improve the workflow and mitigate risks
  • Ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Economic, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
  • Professional qualification with CFA and FRM
  • Min 5 years Risk Management, Control or Audit experience with financial institutions
  • Highly sensitive / alert to Risk and Control issues
  • Fully / good knowledge with regulatory rules / entities
  • Good time management, work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin preferred
